Opening Order: $150.00
Reorder Minimum: $75.00. We will split cases of the 9 oz cans only 12/12 for FREE. Otherwise a $10.00 split case fee will be added to your order. Reorders less than $75.00 will be charged a $5.00 service fee.

Billing Address
Please make sure the billing address you enter is the billing address for the credit card that you are using or the address you would like your Invoice mailed.
Shipping Address
Please verify that all shipping addresses are complete, correct, and up-to-date. Remember to include any Building, Suite, Room, or Floor numbers. Carriers charge us $5.00 for each incorrect delivery address and these charges may be passed on to you.
Shipping & Delivery
FOB Courtland, Virginia. We ship UPS unless otherwise specified. Allow 1-3 day lead time for order shipment. During the months of October through December, please allow 3-5 days lead time. Savings tip: Orders of 200 lbs. or more going to the same destination qualify for UPS 100 weight service, saving you money on shipping costs. Additional savings on orders over 500 lbs. Orders over 1000 lbs., will be quoted with truck line pricing. We do not ship Freight Collect or use another customer's UPS or FED EX Account number.
During Step 1 of the checkout process, we will display the Ship Date based on our current shipping schedule. If you would like to specify a later ship date, you may change the Desired Ship Date. We will ship your order as close as possible to your requested ship date.
Return Policy: Please report discrepancies on your order within 7 days of receipt. Because of the shelf life of food products, discrepancies reported after 7 days will not be addressed. Report any damages to the carrier immediately. Save all packing materials for the carrier to follow up and inspect for claims. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED without return merchandise authorization number. All returned products must be shipped freight prepaid. Orders refused or cancelled after shipment will be subject to a $25.00 restocking fee plus shipping charges.
Email
By providing us your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received and another one confirming your order has been shipped. The Order Confirmation e-mail will contain details about your order so you may verify the information is correct. The Shipment Confirmation e-mail will include the ship date, shipping method and the tracking number, so you may conveniently track your order.
Virginia Customers
You must include FORM ST-10 for sales tax exemption with your first order. If not supplied, Virginia sales tax (2.5%) will be charged to your order. CLICK HERE to download a Virginia Sales Tax Form. Please complete and fax back to 757-653-9530 before placing your first order.
Payment Options
All first orders must be prepaid. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, including ATM cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Terms
Terms are Net 15 upon credit approval. A completed FERIDIES credit application is required. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing your credit application. Accounts 30 days past due may be placed on prepay status without notification and no additional shipments will be made until invoices are paid. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2.5% per month. Returned checks will incur a $35.00 charge. Subsequent orders will be shipped prepay only. Orders paid with credit cards after 30 days become Credit Card Accounts.
Once you have placed your first order, you may apply for terms with FERIDIES. Please call 866-732-6883 to request a credit application. Once approved, you will be notified of your terms and credit limit and your account will be activitated accordingly on the website.
Tasting Programs: We believe tasting helps sell our products. When placing your order, please request FREE tasting samples. On the internet, please insert request in comment field. Remember, the Peanut Dispenser is a great tool for sampling our products. Additional samples may be purchased by the pound.
POP Materials: We offer FREE shelf talker pads for each of our products. Please request these when ordering. They fit perfectly underneath each product and contain talking points on the products and shelf life tips.
Samples: Can't decide what to purchase? You may purchase samples at wholesale cost plus shipping. The cost of these samples with shipping will be deducted from your first order if placedd within 6 months. Or, try our Starter Kit, which includes a few of each of our best selling produts and let your customers decide. To order samples, please call us direct at 866-732-683.
International Orders
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Orders shipped to International addresses must be placed by calling our toll free number - 866-732-6883.
